BrainLive orders ship within one business day from our U.S. fulfillment center, with average delivery of 3 to 6 business days. The 2-jar package adds $9.99 shipping; 3 and 6-jar packages ship free in the U.S. Every order is tracked and covered by the 60-day guarantee.
Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as your jar ships.

Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link you can use any time. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, reach out and we will look into it.
Returns & refunds

Wrong or damaged item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
