BrainLive refund policy

This refund policy explains how the BrainLive 60-day money-back guarantee works in practice. It applies to purchases made on brainlivelab.com, the authorized U.S. distribution portal for BrainLive.

1. The 60-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with BrainLive, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your purchase date. We ask that you have used the product for at least 30 days, since gut-brain support builds gradually, but a refund is not conditional on a minimum number of jars returned.

2. How to start a refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 (603) 555-0192 with your order number. Our team will confirm your eligibility and send the return address for any remaining jars, opened or unopened. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that confirmation.

3. What is refunded

Approved refunds cover the price you paid for the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 7 business days after we process the return.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

5. Purchases from unauthorized sellers

This guarantee applies only to orders placed through brainlivelab.com. Because BrainLive is sold exclusively on this portal, we cannot verify or refund products bought from marketplaces or third-party sellers. If you are unsure whether your purchase is authentic, see our verification page.

6. Subscription note

BrainLive is sold as one-time orders. We do not enroll you in automatic recurring billing, so there is no subscription to cancel.

This policy works alongside, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable U.S. consumer law.
