Quality & testing

How every batch of BrainLive is tested

The Quick Story

Every BrainLive batch is made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified U.S. facility and tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory (Orrington Analytical Sciences, LLC) for identity, purity, heavy metals, and microbials before it is released for sale. Quality is the process; verification is the result you can check on each jar.

Where BrainLive is made

BrainLive is manufactured in the United States in a facility that is FDA-registered and follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). That means documented procedures, controlled environments, and traceability from raw ingredient to finished jar. cGMP registration does not mean the FDA approves the product - no supplement is FDA approved - but it does mean the facility operates under the FDA standards for manufacturing.

Independent, third-party testing

We do not grade our own homework. Each production batch is sampled and sent to Orrington Analytical Sciences, LLC, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, for a panel of tests. No batch is released to the portal until it passes.

Identity (HPLC)

Confirms each active is what the label says, by high-performance liquid chromatography.

Blend purity

Verifies the actives meet the 99.2% purity target for the batch.

Heavy metals (ICP-MS)

Screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, held under 0.5 ppm.

Microbials

Tests for yeast, mold, and harmful bacteria within USP <2021> limits.

Allergen check

Confirms the batch is free from the major allergens BrainLive excludes.

Sourcing the ingredients

The five actives in BrainLive are plant-based and chosen as much for their source as their science. Our konjac glucomannan and resistant pea starch come from established food-grade suppliers; baobab fiber is sourced from the fruit of the African baobab; spermidine is concentrated from plant extract rather than synthesized. Each incoming lot is checked for identity before it ever enters production.

From batch to your door

Once a batch passes testing, it is logged with a unique batch ID (currently BLV-2606-R0184), assigned a Certificate of Analysis (OAS-26-1182-VR), and released to this portal. When you order, your jar is pulled from that documented batch and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. That unbroken chain is exactly what the authorized-distribution model is designed to protect.
